It is here! The sequal to Bernpyle and the Grizzy Revelation at Badger Burrow. In Issue #2 of Bernpyle you will be introduced to the Earldom of Bernpyle and the surrounding Feylands. Jammed into this zine is an Adventure Site, a Hex Map, a Dungeon, some super powerful Magical Items and much more. Grab a copy, roll some dice and play some mice!

Huge thanks and shoutouts! First and foremost, Isaac Williams, the creator of the amazing RPG system we all love, Mausritter. Also thanks to Losing Games.
Next, let’s give a hand to all the amazing folks over on the Mausritter Discord server. Many of these ideas and hacks have been inspired and fleshed out by you. So from my heart, thank you!

Inspiration and Recognitions- Bernpyle WINTER 2020/21 has many influneces from other games and systems. Free form magic from Carapace. Scars and monster creation from Cairn. Random tables from Maze Rats and the Mythic GME. Adventure ideas from Nate Treme and Highland Paranormal Society. Loco Lududs podcast. And I am sure I am forgetting something, so thanks yall!

Bernpyle is an unofficial zine and supplement source for Mausritter and is compatible with the Mausritter gaming system . Mausritter Sword-and-Whiskers Role Playing Game is created by Isaac Williams. Mausritter is copyright Losing Games. Bernpyle is an independent production by ManaRampMatt and is not affiliated with Losing Games. It is published under the Mausritter Third Party License.

Bernpyle is updated everyother month, with new material. Stay tuned for more fun and exciting homebrew "mouserules".

Bernpyle was inspired by many of the great folks over on the Mausritter Discord. The idea was birthed after reading all the amazing material from Tales from Moonshore, a Mausritter homebrew campaign setting, created by a couple people from the discord. The idea of a zine came from Thistle Kingdom. And the layout was inspired by Lake of the Pirat King. These are also great sources for your campaigns.

This zine is an awesome resource for an awesome game :) The adventure includes a hexcrawl so you can expand on it, the dungeon is super-original and could be a way to start your game giving your players one of these new magical items from the start. Great resource as always from Matt.

Nice to see some good use of Steven Colling’s hex tiles in here. Their cuteness matches Mausritter perfectly ^_^

Great zine!

It looks like the discord link is broken, though. It doesn't seem to be an invite, but  a message redirect.

Hi, the art looks good except the malady section. Hit me up if you'd like me to draw some art. I'm an amateur but at least I know I can do better than that. I don't mean to offend, I'd just like to make my contribution to the scene. No charge since your content is PWYW.

This looks awesome! Question though. Is it really 757MB? That seems like a lot of memory for a zine? Is that an error?

That was the correct file size, at least for the accidental upload of the 300 dpi original file… I am new to graphic design and accidentally uploaded the wrong thing. The new file is uploaded and it is 31 MB

Okay, understood. Thanks for the reply! Really looking forward to reading this.

Thanks! I had so much fun making this!!! Enjoy!
